A1 Builders came to work on my St Ives renovation of a four-storey house of apartments by way of a great recommendation from a friend who had raved about their high quality of work. I had previously had a very poor experience with some Devon builders and was very wary of this project.
I can only magnify everything she said about Keith Pascoe and his team.
They are clean, tidy, resourceful, communicative, punctual and unlike so many builders listen to what the client wants.
The job took the time specified, came in pretty much on budget (any rises were due to unforeseen and complexly explained circumstances). If I changed my mind on something or if something had to be approached in a different way I was informed immediately so there were no nasty surprises.
All their specialists and contractors worked to A1s high standards and this is a cohesive well run team who have worked together for some years.
Lucky is the client who gets to work with Keith, Barry and their team.
