All demolition work is carried out under strict health and safety supervision. Site-specific plans are prepared by JNC Safety Services Limited, who oversee all assessments and documentation to ensure full compliance at every stage. From asbestos handling to structural takedown, every task is carefully planned, controlled, and monitored.

Environmental responsibility plays a key role in our operations. We actively manage waste, reduce and control pollution, recycle where possible, and ensure that all waste, including hazardous materials, is disposed of in accordance with the latest health and safety regulations. We carry out all screening and protection works as required, with a clear commitment to minimising environmental impact across all sites.

Our in-house equipment includes everything from micro diggers and 13-tonne swing shovels to 10-tonne dumpers and power barrows. Every machine is operated by a qualified member of our team, enabling us to carry out a full range of groundwork and demolition tasks. These include excavation, drainage, concrete and steel reinforcement, retaining wall construction, underpinning, and specialist piling and anchor works in partnership with Saxtons Drilling.
